The larger mallet is used for stretch reflexes, while the smaller mallet is used to elicit percussion myotonia.

The weighted stainless-steel handle is precisely balanced for increased control of force for percussion. The handle is optimized for comfort and crafted for exact movements. The base of the handle, elicits superficial or cutaneous responses, including plantar and abdominal reflexes.
