Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

  • At the footer, click Track My Order and it will direct you to the Order Tracker page
  • Enter your Order ID and check on all your orders 

Payment

What are your accepted modes of payment?

  • We accept bank transfer, over-the-counter via DragonPay secured payment portal and credit/debit card

What are your installment payment options?

  • We have a 3 month installment term

What is the minimum transaction to avail the installment option?

  • Your total bill should have a minimum of P1000. This may be a combination of different products as long as the total bill of a single transaction is a minimum of P1,000.

Does my installment need to be approved?

  • Yes. The application process is between a few minutes to 1 banking day. We may also ask for a valid government ID to avail an installment

Where can I pay for my monthly installment?

  • After selecting the installment option, our billing partners will advise you on the next procedures for payment

What happens if I miss the payment due date?

  • There will be a P50 fine per day until the payment is settled. This is still subject to change depending on the loan

Exchange, Refund & Return

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns if they fit the following criteria
    • Damaged / Faulty Item
    • Expired Item
    • Received the Wrong Item
    • Missing Item

How can I exchange & return/refund my item?

  • Email us through the contact details seen at the bottom part of our website with subject title: return and refund. Include the following details on the email:
    • Full name and Account Number
    • Brand and model of the item
    • Reasons for return as stated above
    • Send us a photo of the item as proof
  • Once the claim is verified, you will be asked to send the item through the courier of your choice.
  • Return the item to the address seen at the bottom part of our website.

How long will the returns process take?

  • Expect the refund within 7 days after the receipt of the returned item

Warranty and Repair services

What is your warranty policy?

  • We offer one year warranty on parts and services

What are your product repair services?

  • For defective products under warranty, we offer free part replacement or item replacement

Delivery Details 

When can I expect my order?

  • Once payment has been made, orders for Metro Manila will arrive in 3-7 days while provincial areas will arrive in 5-17 days

Is my area an Out-of-Town City?

Can all products be shipped nationwide?
